the location was excellent, close to the metro station, restaurants, and a bakery. the staff was attentive and ready to offer advice. i enjoyed a 3 course lunch in the restaurant on january 1st since many places were closed.
the bed was not comfortable at all. it was the hardest bed i have ever experienced, it really impacted my ability to rest well. this affected the quality of my days.

I found the location convenient. A metro station sits a minute away, allowing quick access to the city. The staff are friendly and displayed professionalism in every interaction. Breakfast had a good selection of fruits, pastries, infusions and also freshly made coffee, I appreciate that.

The lack of in-room coffee facilities was quite disappointing. There was no kettle provided. finding the plugs in strange positions around the room was a little inconvenient. I had to search for a suitable outlet each time I needed to charge my phone.

The rooms were super clean and modern. i thought the design was beautiful and the bathroom was fantastic. i also recommend the breakfast, because the staff were pleasant and the food was good! That is a nice perk.
The shower tray is slippery with the water. It's like being on a ski slope! i slipped, and suffered a cut on the sole of my foot
